2001-00239 In the Matter of Andrew D. Graynor, admitted as Andrew David Graynor, a disbarred attorney.
(Attorney Registration No. 1846716)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Andrew D. Graynor for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Graynor was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 9, 1983, under the name Andrew David Graynor. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 7, 2001, Mr. Graynor was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 15, 2016, Mr. Graynor's first motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Andrew D. Graynor admitted as Andrew David Grayner, does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and R. MILLER, JJ., concur.
