| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Fred E. Rosenberg for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Rosenberg was admitted to Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 3, 1988, under the name Fred Eric Rosenberg. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 7, 2011, Mr. Rosenberg was disbarred, effective immediately, upon his resignation, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Fred Eric Rosenberg's character and fitness to practice law.
