| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Michael T. Savelli for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Savelli was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2000. By opinion and order of this Court dated June 23, 2009, Mr. Savelli was disbarred based on his conviction of a felony and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to reflect his automatic disbarment on August 27, 2008. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 3, 2016, Mr. Savelli's first motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Michael T. Savelli's character and fitness to practice law.
