Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before February 13, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 16, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
