| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2019, on an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims dated November 30, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before March 16, 2020, the appellant shall settle the transcript and serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the properly settled transcript in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time to comply with the decision and order on motion dated February 4, 2019, shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 15, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
