| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 7, 2019. By order to show cause dated November 14, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 18, 2019, as amended October 2, 2019, in which the appellants were directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment on or before July 10, 2019. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the appellants' motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment is extended until February 14, 2020, and the supplemental record shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
