On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 9, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 1, 2017, and September 17, 2018, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in relation thereto."
