| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated December 20, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED the appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 6, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
