Motion by Ramon Rodriguez for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated June 22, 1998, determining an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 25, 1996. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 23, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
