An appeal having been taken to this Court from the orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 7, 2018 and September 9, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected,And defendant-respondent New York City Housing Authority having renewed their motion to dismiss the aforesaid appeal or, in the alternative, to direct plaintiff-appellant to file a supplemental appendix containing certain documents submitted to Supreme Court in connection with the motions for summary judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing plaintiff to file a supplemental appendix containing all of the documents omitted from his initial appendix, including supporting affidavits and exhibits, that were submitted to the Supreme Court in connection with the motions for summary

judgment, at his own expense, on or before February 18, 2020.
