An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County entered on or about February 13, 2019, And plaintiff-appellant having moved, pro se, for an extension of time to perfect said appeal, and to compel the filing of certain documents and to seal certain documents, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the June 2020 Term and sealing the October 10, 2019 stipulation in support of petitioner's motion, and is otherwise denied.
