ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 6, 2019, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the word "Garly" and substituting therefor the word "Gary."
