Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2019, and an order of the same court also dated September 19, 2019, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, and to consolidate those appeals with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 17, 2019. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 17, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry of the order and judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment and the order dated September 19, 2019, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied as academic.
