| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all discovery in the above-entitled action, and enforcement of a preliminary conference order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 3, 2019, and, in effect, to hold the appeal from the order dated October 3, 2019, in abeyance pending determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Kings County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
