Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 2, 2017, for leave to perfect the appeal on the original papers, and to waive payment of the filing fee. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
