It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the assignment of counsel is granted to the extent that Bridget L. Field, Esq., 45 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 802, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent-appellant in all capacities, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent-appellant submit her answering brief to the Court pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(f)(1)(iv), together with proof of service, on or before January 31, 2020.
