Motion by the appellant-respondent to consolidate an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated August 17, 2018, with an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated October 19, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals and cross appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeals and cross appeals is extended until February 21, 2020.
