DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Russell Langrin for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated July 31, 2000, determining appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all rendered January 22, 1997. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 1, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
