Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue the respondents' prior motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 15, 2018, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
