Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 26, 2018. The order denied appellant's motion to stay the execution of a warrant.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as appellant has been evicted (see Makas v Russo, 237 AD2d 762 [1997]; 1058 Third Ave. Assoc., L.P. v Zuman, 52 Misc 3d 129[A] 2016 NY Slip Op 50935[U] [App Term, 1st Dept 2016]).
