DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Steven D. Navon, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to compel the lower court to transfer a file on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered June 10, 2019, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to compel the District Court to file the return is denied as moot; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before March 4, 2020.

The court received the return from the District Court on November 18, 2019.
