Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Glen Cove, Nassau County, rendered July 31, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before February 14, 2020; and it is further
ORDERED that in the even the appeal is not perfected by February 14, 2020 the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice and may serve the application in person.
