Appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 7, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this court dated September 20, 2019, the branch of a motion by respondent seeking to dismiss the appeal for failure to perfect was denied on condition the appeal be perfected by December 6, 2019. The appeal has not been perfected.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for failure to perfect.
