Motion by appellant for a stay of all proceedings, including trial, pending the determination of appeals from orders of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered April 1, 2019 and May 30, 2019, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal from the order dated May 30, 2019 is dismissed, as that order was vacated by an order of that court dated October 2, 2019, which order has been separately appealed.
