Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for a writ of error coram nobis, it is

ORDERED that the motion for a writ of error coram nobis is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is denied as unnecessary (see 2014 NY Slip Op 89848[U] [2014]).
