Petitioners-appellants having moved for a stay of enforcement, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 1, 2019, which, inter alia, denied the petition to quash the subpoenas of respondent, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying enforcement of the November 1, 2019 order pending determination of the appeal on condition that petitioners perfect for the June 2020 Term of this Court.
