| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Mancilla & Fantone, LLP, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2019, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before February 10, 2020, Mancilla & Fantone, LLP, shall serve its client, by email and by regular mail to the two addresses contained in the papers filed in support of the motion, with a copy of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2019, as well as this decision and order on motion, and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondent, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon her of a copy of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 15, 2019, as well as this decision and order on motion.
