Dr. Anthony Colantonio, et al., Appellants, v Douglas Lieberman, Esq., Respondent.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered November 1, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this court dated October 3, 2019, a motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal for lack of prosecution was denied on condition the appeal be perfected by December 6, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed for lack of prosecution.
