Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2018, inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motion to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 16, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
