ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2020, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 27, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
