Motion by Christine Boylan to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 28, 2015, with an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 30, 2019, should permission be granted to appeal from the order dated August 30, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as permission to appeal from the order dated August 30, 2019, is being denied by decision and order on application decided herewith.
