ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 26, 2018, is amended by adding the date "May 21, 2018," to the second decretal paragraph thereof, before the date "May 22, 2018."
