| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 19, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated July 6, 2018. By order to show cause dated December 9, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2018, in which the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment on or before January 14, 2019.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2018, by serving and filing a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment, is extended until February 11, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
