Ordered that the branch of the motion seeking leave to file an untimely notice of appeal is granted. The Criminal Court Appeals Clerk is directed to file a notice of appeal on behalf of the defendant, and it is further ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renew upon appellant completing the "poor person" application form detailing his financial status.
