(Docket No. F-7920-14/18D)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 27, 2019, and to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until March 16, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
