| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Candace G. to stay the fact-finding hearing in the above-entitled proceeding pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 26, 2018, January 3, 2019, and April 1, 2019, respectively, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the fact-finding hearing is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1112, CPLR 5521).
