| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve the notice of appeal, the Request for Appellate Division Intervention, the appendix, and the appellant's brief on EAC Network, Inc., Nassau County Department of Social Services, Mental Hygiene Legal Services, and Luigi D. on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 7, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted (see CPLR 5520[a]), and on or before February 13, 2020, the appellant shall serve the notice of appeal, the Request for Appellate Division Intervention, the appendix, and the appellant's brief upon EAC Network, Inc., Nassau County Department of Social Services, Mental Hygiene Legal Services, and Luigi D., and file proof of service with this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that Judah Orbach and Francis X. Moroney shall serve and file their respective briefs upon EAC Network, Inc., Nassau County Department of Social Services, Mental Hygiene Legal Services, and Luigi D. on or before February 13, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that EAC Network, Inc., Nassau County Department of Social Services, Mental Hygiene Legal Services, and Luigi D. shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before March 16, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the reply brief is stricken, the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement reply brief is extended until April 6, 2020, and the replacement reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
