Defendant Fireman's Fund Insurance Company having moved for permission to submit an oversized reply brief and for an extension of time to file the reply brief on the appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered November 21, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks permission to submit a brief that exceeds 7,000 words as required by 22 NYCRR 1250.8 (f) (2), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a reply brief and the time to file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules is extended to February 18, 2020.
