Motion by the appellant to stay the sale, transfer, or encumbrance of any interest in the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered August 7, 2019, and one dated September 24, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the sale, transfer, or encumbrance of any interest in the subject premises, located at 24 North Cambridge Street, Malverne, New York, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
