Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered July 28, 2005, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 11, 2007, for the Court to take judicial notice of certain decisions of this Court in connection with his application for a writ of error coram nobis.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that the appellant is represented by counsel.
