Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 6, 2019, on the ground that the record is inadequate or for failure to timely perfect, or, in the alternative, to compel the appellant to file an appropriate record and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
