| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 26, 2019, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 23, 2019, as conditioned a stay of the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before August 23, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 23, 2019, is amended so that perfection of the appeal on November 4, 2019, is deemed timely as a condition of the stay.
