Motion by the appellants to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 15, 2017, with an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered May 31, 2019, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
