(Docket Nos. V-2012-15, V-30110-14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2019, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings Court, dated February 26, 2019, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 part 3 and leave to appeal had not been granted.
