In the Matter of Nicole Igloi, appellant,

v Marco Baumann, respondent.

(Docket No. O-21821-19)

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Nicole Igloi from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 19, 2019. By scheduling order of this Court dated September 9, 2019, the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding was to be perfected within 60 days after the receipt by the appellant of the transcripts of the minutes of the proceedings in the Family Court. By communication received on December 9, 2019, the appellant advised this Court that the transcripts had been received in November 2019.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
