Appeal by Francesca Sanfilippo from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 19, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Harriet B. Gewirtz, dated December 16, 2019, it is

(2) the respondent Joanne Marino is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Joanne Marino, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
