DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Anonymous 2017-2 from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 19, 2019. By scheduling order dated December 3, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until January 8, 2020. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
