DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 18, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, and dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 31, 2015, for failure to file the transcript of the proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
