Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 7, 2019, as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, to relieve counsel assigned as attorney for the subject children, and for the assignment of new counsel for the subject children.
