Motion by the petitioners-respondents to impose a sanction upon the appellants for making a frivolous motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the denial of an application to sign an order to show cause, which was presented to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, on June 17, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
